Price varies depending on the candle size. The price includes baby's name, photo/motif, date and venue on the front AND verse/poem of your choice, godparents/sponsors names, motif on the back. Also, the candle will be finished with a ribbon of your choice from our recommended selection. This is all included in the one price and does not incur any additional fee (except for delivery).
Wedding Candles:
Price depends on the candle set you choose. The price includes names, photo/motif, date and venue on the front AND verse/poem or bridal party names on the back. Tapered candles includes photo/motif and Bride & Groom's first name on each. This is all included in the one price and does not incur any additional fee (except for delivery).
How do I pay for my candles?
Payment needs to be made within 3 days after being advised the total amount payable. We accept direct deposit, cheque or money order. When you place your order further details about your chosen payment method will be given to you.
Direct Deposit payment:bank details will be provided once your order has been confirmed. Please use your SURNAME as the payment reference when transferring funds via direct deposit and advise us once payment has been made.
Money Order/Cheque payment: details will be provided once you have confirmed your payment option.
Please note that cheques may take up to 5 working days to clear.
When will I get my candles?
Allow 2 - 3 weeks for order delivery and at least 4 weeks for large orders of bombonieres.
Additional cost will apply for postage and handling.
Please note that work on your candle/s will only commence once full payment is received or cheques have been cleared. It takes up to 5 working days for cheques to clear.
What kind of photo should I send for my candle?
Please send your photo via e-mail along with the order request (click on 'how to order' for more details)
To ensure that your photo appears at its best on your candle, please take note of the following:
The larger the image the better the quality will be, as we can reduce images that are too large. However images that are too small will give poor quality when enlarged to the required size.
If using a digital camera you must use the largest image size that your camera will allow.
